Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife, Aaliya Siddiqui, have reunited for the sake of their children. In a recent interview with ETimes, Aaliya opened up about their decision to "live together and peacefully." She expressed that, amidst recent changes in her life, she believes in sharing both the good and bad moments with the world. Nawazuddin Siddiqui also joined in the celebration of their anniversary with their kids, marking a positive turn in their relationship.
Aaliya Siddiqui shared a family picture on her 14th wedding anniversary, featuring herself, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and their children, Shora and Yaani. She also revealed that Nawazuddin spent the new year's Eve with the family in Dubai in December 2023.

She emphasised that their previous relationship struggles were often influenced by external factors. However, with those misunderstandings now resolved, they have prioritised their children's well-being and decided to live together harmoniously. She said, "I feel the problems that we faced in our relationship were always because of a third person. But now that misunderstanding is out of our lives. Because of our kids, we've completely surrendered. There's no option of being apart in life now, because the kids are also growing up. Also, Nawaz is very close to Shora and she was very disturbed after whatever happened. She couldn't tolerate it. So we decided that we are not going to fight and will live together, peacefully.”
Aaliya's recent social media posts also reflect the couple's reconciliation, including a reel featuring their family picture on their anniversary and a photo of Nawazuddin posing with their kids. In her caption, Aaliya expressed joy at celebrating 14 years of marriage with the actor.
Previously, Aaliya had accused Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family of harassment during their divorce proceedings. In March last year, she claimed that Nawazuddin had evicted her and their children from their home. However, following the Bombay High Court's advice to resolve their differences amicably, the couple has chosen to reconcile. A settlement draft was received by Aaliya's lawyer, Rizwan Siddiquee, from Nawazuddin Siddiqui shortly after a defamation suit was filed against Aaliya.
