Will There Be A Ms Marvel Season 2?

On Ms Marvel, Aramis Knight, who plays Kareem, also known as Red Dagger, talked to Screen Rant about maybe returning for a second season. Ms Marvel, one of the newest Disney+ originals from Marvel Studios, is one of the most recent additions to the MCU. Ms Marvel centres on Iman Vellani's portrayal of Kamala Khan, a passionate adolescent from New Jersey whose life is forever altered by the day she learns she possesses cosmic-like abilities. 

Ms Marvel is preparing for Kamala's entry into the greater MCU as season one of the programme comes to a close. Her origin story would have been told on the Disney+ series before she joined forces with Carol Danvers and Monica Rambeau for The Marvels, the follow-up to Captain Marvel. Kareem, also known as Red Dagger in the Marvel Universe, was one of the new pals that Kamala acquired throughout the first season of Ms Marvel. Episodes 4 and 5 of Ms Marvel both focused on establishing Kamala and Kareem's relationship, which is featured in the Marvel comics before the two temporarily severed ties.

Ms Marvel Season 2

Time will tell if there will be a season 2 of the MCU drama once the Ms Marvel finale airs on Wednesday (July 13). Aramis Knight, who plays Red Dagger on Ms Marvel, was quoted as saying, "Yeah, if there is a season 2, I will be back," when asked if Ms Marvel season 2 has received any official announcements from Marvel Studios or Disney+.

Based on the Marvel Comics character Kamala Khan, aka Ms Marvel, Bisha K. Ali developed the American television miniseries Ms Marvel for the Disney+ streaming platform. It is the seventh TV show in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), created by Marvel Studios, and it follows the same timeline as the franchise's movies. It centres on Kamala Khan, a 16-year-old Avengers fan who initially finds it difficult to fit in until developing her own abilities. The directing crew is led by Adil & Bilall (Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah), with Ali serving as the main writer.

Ms Marvel had its debut on June 8, 2022, and its six-episode run ended on July 13. Phase Four of the MCU includes it. The film The Marvels (2023), in which Vellani will reprise her role as Khan along with other series cast members, uses the series as a prelude. Positive reviews of the series were given, especially to Vellani's acting.
