Actor Mouni Roy is all set to marry her boyfriend Suraj Nambiar in Goa today. The announcement of the wedding was made by her. Yesterday, Mandira Bedi posted pictures on social media of the Haldi ceremony. Bedi posted two pictures with the couple individually. She also posted snippets of the ceremony on her story.
All decked in yellow, the actor and television presenter, Mandira Bedi posted pictures with the to-be-married couple on her Instagram feed and story. In the picture posted on her feed, she is wearing a yellow dress with a statement neckpiece and posing with the bride-to-be Roy in her yellow dress and shell necklace, all ready for the Haldi ceremony. Bedi captioned the picture as, "Mon, Suraj..and so it all begins. I love you both, more than you know (emoji)."

She posted a series of pictures as Instagram stories, starting with a picture of Roy during the Haldi ceremony, then Bedi applying Haldi to Nambiar, one with the rest of the girls in the wedding and ending the series with a picture of Roy and her posing and the caption, "Surrounded by love...(emojis)."

Roy and Nambiar are reportedly going to have a beach wedding at Goa's W hotel. Since the wedding is taking place during the pandemic and the rising case of the Omicron variant, the guests are reportedly going to carry a negative RT-PCR test report to attend the wedding. All COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
The actor has reportedly invited some of the industry friends like Mandira Bedi, Aashka Goradia, Ekta Kapoor, amongst others. Although the wedding is going to be an inclusive one, considering only 50 people will be on the guest list and not many industry people have been invited.
Nambiar is a Dubai-based businessman and the Director Head of Capital Markets in UAE. He studied investment science and International Management at Stanford University. He is also a member of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association.
Reportedly, the two started dating in the year 2019 and got close during the lockdown in 2020. The actor is awaiting her upcoming project Brahmastra which is directed by Ayan Mukerji and also features Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, amongst others.
