The Marvel studios released the second episode of Moon Knight on April 6. The series quickly gained audience on its premiere last month.

The main lead of the show, Steven also the Moon Knight, quit his job because of the chaos that spread in the museum earlier. A new character named Layla has also been introduced. The role of Steven or Marc's wife is played by actor May Calamawy. She is seen helping her husband to serve the Egyptian god of moon, Khonsu.

Ethan Hawke's Arthur invoked the goddess Ammit with a burst of electricity placing it as the one of the many powerful moments in the show so far. The character of Steven,played Oscar Isaac, has a disassociative disorder. Hawke is playing the role of a sinister man. Steven was seen wearing a new white suit which seemed more modern and practical. At one point Steven also makes his movements in the shape of a crescent moon.

Moon Knight Episode 2 reactions

The episode received mixed reviews and some fans also pointed out the imperfections in the show's CGI. They however seemed eager to know what will happen in the third episode of the show. As the plot is distributed in most Marvel web series, one can never be sure if the next episode will reveal the most important detail or just more background before the big reveal.

In the third episode of the Marvel series, the lead character tested his mettle for the first time. Isaac's Marc Spector tried to save the scarab from Arthur Harrow played by Ethan Hawke but he could not succeed. The protagonist is then seen in Egypt trying to stop Arthur from doing evil deeds. The Egyptian gods are called up but they do not serve justice. With the help of Layla, Steven supports Marc carry out his mission.

The game seems to be finally started in the third episode of the superhero series. The Moon Knight's phenomena is not getting more familiarised among the audience. Steven is stuck with multiple personalities and his marriage is also on the verge of breaking.

Moon Knight Next Episode Release Date

The fourth episode of Moon Knight will air on April 20 and the one after that will be released on April 27. The finale episode will be released on May 4. Marvel fans are eager to know how the series will figure in the Marvel Universe and if other films and web shows on the comics will introduce the characters seen in Moon Knight.
