Chathur Mukham releases on OTT: Manju Warrier's latest film Chathur Mukham releases on OTT today. The film tells the story of a woman who is heavily dependent on technology and find herself trapped in a virtual nightmare.

The film is directed by Ranjeet Kamala Sankar and Salil Menon and the story is written by Abhayakumar K and Anil Kurian.

The film has already released once in cinemas in April this year but was pulled out from theatres due to the COVID-19 pandemic leading to the shutting down of theatres. Even though it was pulled out as soon as it was released, the film was loved by the audiences. The trailer of the film which was released on April 2 has been watched over 2.4 million times and received huge positive responses.

Chathur Mukham has also been screened at the 25th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) in South Korea which is a premier film festival for horror and fantasy genres. It was also showcased in the World Fantastic Red section of the BIFAN film festival.

Cast

The techno-horror film features Manju Warrier, Sunny Wayne, Srikant Murali, and Alencier Ley Lopez in main roles. The supporting cast of the film consists of Niranjana Anoop, Shyamaprasad, Rony David, Balaji Sarma, Jai Vishnu, Shaju K.S., and Jiss Thomas among others.

Warrier is a successful actor producer and singer who acts majorly in Malayalam cinema. She made her debut in 1995 at the age 17. She also appeared in the television serial called Moharavam. She was married to actor Dileep. The couple divorced in 2014.

Release Date

Featuring Manju Warrier and Anugraheethan Antony actor Sunny Wayne in the main roles, Chathur Mukham will release on Friday, July 9 on ZEE5.
