Mandira Bedi Says How Can I Refuse When Daughter Tara Asks Me To Smile!

Mandira Bedi daughter: Actor and anchor Mandira Bedi recently shared a post workout picture in which she confessed why she cannot refuse to smile when her daughter asks her to do so.

Bedi and her late husband Raj Kaushal adopted a daughter, Tara last year in July. Bedi is trying to "begin again" after the death of her husband a month ago.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Mandira Bedi shared a picture after her workout session. She is wearing a pair of shorts and a sleeveless top, sitting on the floor and smiling at the camera. She wrote, "When my little girl asks me to smile after some post workout  endorphins are doing their thing...how can I refuse..? #beginagain #ilovemondays"

Her friends and colleagues left words of encouragement for her in the comments. Athlete and TEDX speaker Sonali Swami said, "Lots of love @mandirabedi." Actor Samir Soni commented, "Keep it up Mandy!!!" "LOVE," said dancer Mukti Mohan. Bedi's fans said that she was an inspiration for them. A fan named Bhavna Muduli said, "Thank you Ma'am for inspiring us every single day." "Mam you look so gorgeous...inspiration for me...last year I also lost my hubby in COVID...quite relevant our current state," said another user.

On Wednesday, July 28, Mandira Bedi celebrated her daughter Tara's fifth birthday. Sharing a bunch of throwback family pictures on Instagram, she said, "28th July! One year today since you came into our lives, sweet sweet Tara...And so we celebrate you today." She continued, "It's your 5th birthday, my baby. I love you so much." Bedi added the hashtag 'begin again' at the end of her caption.

On June 30, Mandira Bedi lost her husband and filmmaker Raj Kaushal owing to a cardiac arrest. He was 49 years old. Kaushal has several notable movies to his name. These include Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi, My Brother Nikhil, Anthony Kaun Hai, etc. Read more here.
