Here's Why Fans Can't Wait for Made In Heaven New Season

The show Made in Heaven was released online and in no time won the heart of the audience with its originality and sheer truthfulness behind Indian weddings. The show was structured in quite a unique manner with each episode showcasing a glamourous wedding along with the stories of the protagonists running in parallel to the show.

The first season was released in 2019 while the shoot for the second season began in April 2020. However, due to the pandemic, the shooting was delayed and the release date of the show was also postponed. The teaser of the upcoming season was released on April 28, 2022, and naturally, the fans cannot keep their cool.

Produced by Excel Entertainment, the series features Sobhita Dhulipala, Arjun Mathur, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shivani Raghuvanshi and Shashank Arora, amongst others in the lead roles. It revolves around the lives of two friends Tara Khanna, played by Dhulipala and Karan Mehra, played by Arjun.

The two of them are wedding planners, whose love for planning crazy weddings unites them and the personal wreckage bond them together. Both the individuals are fighting against different insecurities and disadvantages.

Tara comes from a lower-middle-class Delhi family and marries rich. She is scared of the past falling out of the closet. While Karan is a homosexual man and shares his own traumas from family and society for being in a same-sex relationship.

Made In Heaven New Season: Why Are Fans Finding It Difficult To Wait?

• The ending of the last episode of season one has increased the audience's difficulty in waiting for the upcoming season. The last episode shows Tara telling her husband about the sex tape video, which was made by her and she leaves his house with a bag full of jewellery while she and Karan laugh at the absolute ruin of the Made in Heaven office.
• Karan and his possible love adventure with a past lover Nawab. Karan has been going through multiple partners and then he meets Nawab, with whom he clears his misunderstandings and they get together. The audience is excited to watch more of their relationship.
• What will happen to the Made in Heaven? With the office destroyed by the groups which are anti-gay, the organisation has an uncertain future ahead. But the teaser shows more lavish weddings being organised by the team, so it will be interesting to see how they get themselves out of the mess.
• The future of Tara and Adil's relationship is under scrutiny. Especially after she revealed the truth behind their wedding and the video which led to them being married. It will be interesting to see Tara fly solo if it's happening.
• Karan's activism for same-sex couples will be interesting to watch. Especially, after Karan makes the speech about same-sex love and openly talks about it. The upcoming show might show him being openly gay, hopefully!
