Last night, the freshly wedded couple Lin Laishram and Randeep Hooda after a close traditional Meitei ritualised wedding on November 29 hosted a glamorous wedding reception in Mumbai inviting friends from the industry. 

The wedding reception was a star-studded treat as many notable celebrities graced the night, while the couple shared pictures on Instagram complementing each other in classic red and black.

After actor Randeep Hooda hailing from Haryana married his long-time girlfriend Lin Laishram following Manipuri traditions in a gesture to respect his bride in an intimate wedding on November 29, the Internet has been buzzing in awe with the two and the gesture. 

While B-Town trends of intimate yet standing-out weddings do not seem to be coming to a halt, after a close traditional wedding, the freshly married couple Lin Laishram and Randeep Hooda hosted a glamorous wedding reception in Mumbai attended by many industry friends. 

The couple shared the pictures on their Instagram captioning them as "In our eternal garden of Eden" with an infinity emoticon and hashtags like #TogetherForever and many. 

Reportedly, Lin Laishram was wearing a shimmery red ombre saree by Rahul Khanna with a veil on her head and minimalistic glittery makeup while Randeep Hooda wore a classic black textured sherwani suit complemented with a red handkerchief by Rohit Gandhi to compliment his wife's outfit.

To add the glitz to the glamour night of the couple's reception many celebrities graced the event with their presence last night at Mumbai in the wedding reception. Celebrities like Imtiaz Ali, Tisca Chopra, Rasika Duggal, Gajraj Rao, Vishal Bharadwaj, Mona Singh, Manvi Garoo, Sayani Gupta, and many more. 

While Randeep Hooda's parents attended the event donning a simple ethnic look, Lin Laishram's parents were seen in traditional Meitei outfits.

The couple who met in Naseeruddin Shah's theatre started dating long back after finally getting hinged in 2023. The couple only revealed the wedding a week before by posting a creative wedding invite on their Instagram profiles that read "Taking a leaf from Mahabharata where Arjuna married Manipuri warrior princess Chitrangada." 

Randeep Hooda has done several notable works such as Highway, Love Aaj Kal, Sarabjit, and CAT and recently won the Best Actor award on OTT for his show Inspector Avinash on Jio Cinemas. Lin Laishram is a model and actor seen in films like Mary Kom, Jaane Jaan, Rangoon, Om Shanti Om, Axone etc.
