Leo Trailer: Out Soon, Tamil Film Promises An Action-Packed Thriller

The highly anticipated trailer of Vijay, Trisha Krishnan and Sanjay Dutt starrer 'Leo' is finally unveiled, and fans cannot keep calm. The trailer was released on October 5 and director Lokesh Kanakaraj has intensified the buzz around the film.

Sharing the trailer on X (formerly Twitter), the production house wrote, “Serving you this virundu (feast) from our hearts to yours.” The trailer has been released in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

The action thriller is written and directed by Lokesh Kanakaraj. Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy have co-written the film. Leo is bankrolled by Seven Screen Studios, and the music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

The trailer opens with mayhem in Kashmir. Actor Vijay, in voiceover, narrates that a notorious serial killer is shooting people randomly on the road. A police officer braves him but gets shot. “Now the police officer’s gun is in your hands, what will you do?” asks Vijay, and with that, the voiceover ends. What follows is a series of action-packed montages from the film.

The trailer shows a glimpse of Vijay and Trisha Krishnan living a happy and normal life with their daughter until all hell breaks loose, creating turmoil in their lives.

The 2.43-minute trailer takes the audience into the world of “Leo” and leaves them yearning for more. As expected, sensational director Lokesh Kanakaraj has raised the bar among the audience with Leo’s trailer.

Cast

Thalapathy Vijay plays the lead, and Trisha Krishnan is paired opposite him. Leo has an amazing star cast, including seasoned actors such as Arjun Sarja and Sanjay Dutt, directors Gautham Vasudev Menon and Mysskin, and actors Priya Anand and Mansoor Ali Khan, along with several others, cast in pivotal roles.

Release Date

Leo is scheduled to be released in theatres on October 19, 2023.
