On March 21, Lana also shared a picture of the same album cover with a different title Rock Hard Sweet Candy. In the same post, the release date was mentioned as July 1. Fans have assumed that the singer has decided to change the name of her upcoming album with the new announcement.

Besides the excitement for new music, fans have also expressed their dissatisfaction with the album cover all over the internet. They said that the album cover looks plainly like a picture that someone quickly decided to edit on the PicsArt app. Lana has faced backlash for her latest single covers and album covers recently. "Lana" and "PicsArt" are also trending on Twitter after the singer's release of the new album cover.
