After Masaba Masaba 2 actor and social media influencer Kusha Kapila announced her separation from husband Zorawar Ahluwalia on Monday, an old video of her talking to Karna Johar about infidelity has emerged on Reddit.

Johar tells Kapila that they have to exchange numbers, and she could WhatsApp him if she has any problem with Ahluwalia. Kapila responds that Zorawar knew that Karan Johar acted as a therapist to people and that she has watched enough content to know that Karan Johar is everyone’s go-to person for relationship advice.
Johar replies jokingly that he’s very good at giving relationship advice, and the first advice he would give is to "break up." Further, he adds, "And remember, sexual infidelity is not infidelity." Agreeing with his statement, Kapila is seen saying, "I believe that."
While Johar’s statement had left netizens, the audience, and the hosts in splits earlier, with Kapila announcing her separation on Monday, the resurfaced video has not gone down well with netizens. They are slamming Kapila for seemingly supporting "infidelity."
Zorawar Ahluwalia came to Kapila's support, saying that he was "sad and disappointed." He left a note on social media to shut down the trolls saying that the dicision to get divorced was mutual and it’s "shameful" that people were assassinating Kusha’s character.
He said that while they do realise that their lives are out in the public, they do hold certain things sacred. He stated that, much like their marriage, divorce was a decision that he and Kusha made together after much deliberation and thought. Ahluwalia added that, though it was a tough and painful decision, they took it collectively for the sake of both their well-being.
