Kota Factory Season 2 trailer was unveiled on September 1o, offering a peek into how the story of this series will pick up from where it left viewers in season 1. While all of its cast, including actor Jitendra Kumar has returned for season 2, there will be new additions too, as the story moves to a new premise.
What's Kota Factory about?
Directed by Raghav Subbu, Kota Factory focusses on the students who move away from home to Kota, known for its coaching facilities for IIT and medical entrance test preparations. The story follows a small town boy named Vaibhav, who seeks admission at the city's famous Maheshwari classes. Since Vaibhav is late, he is denied admission at the coaching centre and thus settles down for his second best bet- Prodigy classes. His plan is to study hard and clear the entrance exam for Maheshwari classes next year, so that he has a better chance to clear the IIT.
Here he meets Balmukund and Uday, who become a family away from home, and Jeetu Bhaiyya, a teacher at Prodigy classes, who has solution for every problem that a student may face, in physics or in their day-to-day life.
What will season 2 of Kota Factory be about?
At the end of season 1, Vaibhav managed to crack the entrance test for Maheshwari classes, but that also meant moving away from his friends and leaving his budding romance with another ITT aspirant named Meenal mid-way. Kota Factory Season 2 trailer tells us that Vaibhav is now struggling to catch up with other IIT aspirants at his new coaching centre, while one of his new friends struggles to find a reason to even continue pursuing the course.
What's more, turns out that Jeetu Bhaiyya has now left Prodigy classes to start a coaching facility of his own. How Vaibhav and his friends navigate through these new set of challenges seems to form the crux of this new season.

The cast of this web-series is primarily led by young actors. Actor Mayur More returns as Vaibhav, while Ranjan Raj and Alam Khan reprise their roles of Balmukund and Uday. Ahsaas Channa too returns to the series as Uday's girlfriend Shivangi ,while Jitendra Kumar is back as the much-adored Jeetu Bhaiyya. Revathi Pillai had a relatively small role to play in the first season as Vartika, however, it is expected that she will have a bigger cameo in this season.
