In the first teaser for the new season of Koffee with Karan, Karan Johar's conscience, humorously represented with a 'K,' pays him a visit to discuss the criticism the show received in the previous season. In a subsequent video, the host and his conscience, both portrayed by Johar himself, engage in a brainstorming session for the upcoming guest list.
The video starts with Johar receiving a call from his inner voice while he's in the process of creating the guest list for his show. Playfully, his conscience remarks that he's left with no friends, prompting Johar to suggest inviting his enemies this time, to which his conscience humorously replies that the season will never end.
Johar then considers not inviting any star kids, but his conscience insists that there would be no season without them. He also contemplates inviting single individuals, but his conscience retorts that he's already matched everyone, leaving only the director single. In jest, Johar expresses a desire to call his conscience, adding that he was merely joking.

A new season of Koffee With Karan is on the horizon, and it is set to be streamed on Disney+Hotstar this month. Earlier Johar released a promotional video to announce the news.
The promo, featuring Johar in a pink sweatshirt, shows him sipping his coffee quietly when suddenly, his conscience (dubbed "Kconscience") appears to question him about the upcoming season set to return on October 26.
In the promo, Kconscience playfully criticises the previous season as 'thanda' (cold) with 'meh' (boring) conversations. Surprised by this, Johar inquires if someone might have spiked his coffee, to which Kconscience suggests that perhaps it's just a change in perspective this time.
Kconscience humorously mocks Johar further, suggesting that the show could have been called 'Cold Koffee With Karan.' It taunts Johar about his jokes with "nepo babies" and questions if those were ever meant to be funny. It goes on to criticise the repetitive nature of the episodes, where a 50-year-old host delves into the sex lives of 20-year-old guests and asks whether his own sex life is so uneventful.
Acknowledging the feedback, Johar vows to do better, and Kconscience teases him about being too busy endorsing products like spectacles and hair dyes, alluding to Karan's Lenskart and other brand endorsements. An energised Johar pledges to invite not just star kids but also star grandkids and the newest married couples, along with cricketers.
