Although Khan dismissed rumours of dating cricketer Shubman Gill and suggested he might be dating Sachin Tendulkar's daughter, Sara Tendulkar, Panday dropped hints about her relationship with actor Aditya Roy Kapur as she talked about her 'Aashiqui.'

Ananya Panday Reveals Feeling 'Very Kapur', Is It A Relationship Confirmation?
In response to Karan Johar's question about what Panday has that she doesn't, Khan playfully responded with 'Night Manager'. This reference points to Panday's rumoured boyfriend, actor Aditya Roy Kapur, who stars in The Night Manager. Panday chimed in with the comment that made everyone stop and wonder, she said, “I am feeling very Ananya Coy Kapur” Answering another question about her being Gumraah (another film starring Kapur) in love, Panday said, "Ashiqui aise hi hoti hai.”
The video also has Johar mentioning that Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday share "ex-boyfriends in common." Panday playfully hints at actor Vijay Deverakonda, known for the film Liger. Khan reacts with a firm "no," suggesting that they were discussing Panday’s co-star who appeared alongside her in a previous episode of Koffee With Karan.

Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday's KWK Journey
Sara Ali Khan made her debut on Koffee With Karan during season 6 back in 2018, where she appeared alongside her father, actor Saif Ali Khan. Shortly after, she made her acting debut in the romantic film Kedarnath, opposite the late Sushant Singh Rajput. On the other hand, Ananya Panday first made her appearance on the show in 2019 during Koffee With Karan season 7.
