Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is the buzz of the town as the Karan Johar directorial is sparking memes and comparisons on the internet. However, a particular moment from the trailer grabbed the attention of the Bengali audience because of a popular reference.
Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahaani is the distinctive story of two opposite people falling in love with each other and their love being opposed by their equally opposite families. However, the film will have a 'family switch' drama which will decide the couple's fate.
While Ranveer Singh plays the role of a loud Punjabi man Rocky Randhawa, Alia Bhatt plays Rani Chatterjee, who comes from an educated Bengali background. While Punjabi and Bengali references were expected from the film, the trailer mentioned the popular phrase 'Khela Hobe', which has left the Bengali audience excited.

The moment was noticed by many Bengali fans, including Derek O'Brien, TMC MP, who shared the trailer on Twitter and wrote, "Alia Bhatt spouts a winning line!" The film dropped its trailer on Tuesday, which has now gone viral.
