Good Luck Sakhi Film: The makers of Good Luck Sakhi starring Keethy Suresh will not be released on OTT platforms, the makers said on Monday in a public statement.
This comes after the news of Good Luck Sakhi releasing on digital platforms started to do rounds, The makers in their public statement asked the audience to not believe in the rumours. The film has Keerthy Suresh play a character of a sharpshooter who belongs to a village and it also stars Jagapathi Babu and Aadi Pinisetty in pivotal roles.
The film's producer Sudheer Chandra said in his statement, "There are rumours that we are going for a direct OTT release all over the media. Kindly request the media to refrain from saying so. None of it is true. We will come with an update if any.”

The film's teaser was released last year on Independence day. It also featured Nagesh Kukunoor who will make his debut in the Telugu film industry with this movie. In an interview, Kukunoor talked about Telugu being his mother tongue and said that he was "always terrified" to take up projects in Telugu. "It’s like delving into a new language. I knew whenever I do direct, I would have to do a lot of homework," he said.
The film has been shot in Hyderabad and Pune as per reports. The film's music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad and the production has been seen over by Sudheer Chandra.

Apart from Good Luck Sakhi, Keerthy Suresh is currently working on three projects. Mahesh Babu's Sarkaru Vaari Paata is on in Telugu and Rajinikanth's Annaatthe and Saani Kaayidham in Tamil. The latter mentioned films are up for releases.
