Exciting Star Cast! Merry Christmas Poster Released

Director Sriram Raghavan by announcing Merry Christmas has only created more hyped. The film has the finest star cast as well as the audience will get to see a fresh pairing on screen. It is none other than Katrina Kaif and south's finest actor Vijay Sethupati. Katrina Kaif after Phone Bhoot is all set to entertain fans with her new venture Merry Christmas.

Katrina Kaif shared the first poster from her new project Merry Christmas. She shared a poster, in which two wine glasses breaking, with Merry Christmas on it. She captioned the post "We wanted to release the film this Christmas...but there is a TWIST. See you in the cinemas soon!

Earlier, Kaif announced the film on Christmas in 2021. She shared pictures from the set with Vijay Sethupathi and Sriram Raghavan. She captioned it, "Work in progress". In another post, she said, “New Beginnings, back on set with director Sriram Raghavan for Merry Christmas! I’ve always wanted to work with Sriram Sir, He is a master when it comes to narratives that showcase thrillers and it's an honor to be directed by him. Super excited to be teaming up with @actorvijaysethupathi for this one produced by @rameshtaurani & @sanjayroutraymatchbox @tips @tipsfilmsofficial @matchboxpix (sic)."

Sriram Raghavan earlier directed suspense thrillers like  Andhadhun and Badlapur. Merry Christmas seems of a similar genre from its poster. 

On the work front, Katrina Kaif has Tiger 3 starring Salman Khan, and Emraan Hashmi alongside, Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt, and Priyanka Chopra, and an unnamed project with Aditya Dhar. Last she was seen in the horror-comedy Phone Bhoot. 

Vijay Sethupathi had the most releases in Tamil cinema this year. The actor was seen in films like Laabam, Tughlaq Darbar, Annabelle Sethupathi, and Kadaisi Vivasayi . 

The film is slated to release in theatres in Tamil and Hindi in 2023.
