After the release of Satyaprem Ki Katha, Kartik Aaryan is all geared up for his next project Chandu Champion. Freddy actor shared on Instagram- a photo with the director of a film and expressed his excitement for the project.
In 2022, Kartik Aaryan confirmed his upcoming film to be directed by Kabir Khan. The news created excitement as director Kabir Khan and Kartik Aaryan were coming together for the first time. Now, with a heartfelt note, Aaryan has just doubled the curiosity. On Thursday, Aaryan shared a picture of him with Kabir Khan. Khan was holding a clapper board in his hands, and smiling at Aaryan, while the actor pointed his fingers towards the clapper. He captioned the post- Shubharambha (Good Start)! And the most challenging and exciting journey of my career begins with captain Kabir Khan, #ChanduChampion. Aaryan marked the start of the shoot by sharing a picture in which the actor-director duo is bonding.
Chandu Champion Release Date
He announced the title and release date. Chandu Champion is slated to release in June 2024. In the film, Aaryan will be playing the role of Murlikant Petkar, a freestyle swimmer. Chandu Champion is reportedly said to be a sports drama-based life of Murlikant Petkar- India’s first Paralympic gold medalist. He won a Gold Medal at the Commonwealth Games in 1970 and the Paralympics in Germany in 1972. Shraddha Kapoor is set to play the female lead in the film.
