But what was the most eye-catching along with these pictures was the heartfelt note that Karan Johar penned for his sweethearts. As he posted these moments on Instagram, in the caption underneath the series of pictures, he wrote “Being a parent is not an emotion … it’s an explosion of every emotion you may have experienced …. Words are not the best way to describe the feeling of being a parent… if only cuddles had a language of their own” The photos include three of them in the cosiest position and one photo of the siblings laughing.

Being a single parent, last year on Father’s Day too, he shared some endearing moments from a photo shoot with his children. Underneath he expressed his gratitude to his mother for a supporting hand, ultimately thanking the universe for gifting him with Roohi and Yash. He ended the heartfelt note by saying, “It doesn’t take two to nurture! It just takes one solid heart! I know mine is…”

In fact, there are a lot of instances where Bollywood celebrity parents haven’t left a stone unturned to make us aww at their heartfelt notes and messages for their children. Recently, even Twinkle Khanna shared a lovely picture on the gram with her daughter Nitara Kumar where she was shown giving a peck to her daughter.

Beneath the picture, she wrote a beautiful message on parenting that goes like this, “Our job is not to give our children perfect childhoods. It is to fill their heads with ideas, to honour their strengths and make them aware, but never underline their weaknesses. It involves loving them madly and throwing a few vegetables down their throats. We need to permanently dedicate a large number of our neurons towards their mosquito bites, bad grades and hurt feelings.”
