Karan Deol-Drisha Acharya Begin Their Wedding Festivities In Mumbai

Celebrations are on the rise in B-Twon as actor and Sunny Deol's Karan Deol is all set to tie the knot with his fiancée Drisha Acharya.

The Deol household came together to begin the pre-wedding festivities of Karan Deol and Drisha Acharya. Acharya is renowned director Bimal Roy's great-granddaughter.

In the footage that surfaced from the celebrations, both Deol and Acharya can be seen cutting a cake together with their families and friends surrounding them.  Karan and Drisha can be seen standing next to one another in front of a multi-tiered white cake in the celebration footage. They had each taken a slice of the cake and eaten it.

Acharya chose a vivid yellow saree for the event, while Deol wore a blue kurta. As they took photographs and shared cake, the two couldn't help but showcase their immense. Sunny Deol, the father of the groom, looked engrossed in the celebrations while greeting the guests and the media.

Sunny Deol's brothers Abhay Deol and Bobby Deol too joined him and made a joint appearance. They happily posed for photographers outside the venue.

Veteran actor Dharmendra who is also the grandfather of the groom decided to miss the said party suggesting he didn't want the youth to be restrained in his presence.

Karan Deol and Drisha Acharya Love Story

A few months ago, Karan Deol proposed to his longtime partner Drisha Acharya in a secret ceremony. According to reports, their wedding will occur between June 16 and 18. The two have been dating for quite some time now.

Drisha Acharya reportedly resides in Dubai and is employed as a manager for a travel company. The Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai, has allegedly been reserved as the location for the couple's lavish wedding.

32-year-old Karan Deol was born to Sunny Deol and his wife Pooja in 1990. He made his debut with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas and will also be seen in Apne 2 directed by Anil Sharma.
