The trailer for the upcoming Kannada language thriller Juliet 2 is out and the first glimpse of the movie is exciting the audience. The trailer shows a gruesome chase between the female lead and some dangerous people who are out for her life.
Juliet 2 is an upcoming Kannada language movie starring Brinda Acharya, Anoop Sagar, Srikanth, Roy Badiger and Kush Acharya in pivotal roles. The movie is made under the banner of PL Productions and is produced by Likith R Kotian. Directed by Virat B Gowda, Shento V Anto serves as the cinematographer of this thriller featuring a young girl living in the middle of the forest alone while being chased by some dangerous men. The movie will be released in Malayalam as well as in Kannada.

Juliet 2 Trailer Released
The ">trailer of the film begins with the female lead trying to confess something to the father of the church. The trailer then takes us to her life living alone in the middle of a forest and the challenges she faces at the night. It is not merely surviving in the wild but there are people out there chasing her, trying to ruin her. The movie has an independent and bold female lead and is based on themes of sexual assault and revenge.
The official synopsis of the movie reads, "Her soul is as fierce as a lioness, igniting the spark of gallant, glory and guts. Tackling the coercion behind the dark doors, through her inner strength, power and intellect. Witness Juliet’s fervid and ferocious journey this February".
The film was majorly shot in the deep forest of Kudremukh, Chikmagalur and the majority of scenes were reportedly shot in low or torch light.
This movie will be Brinda Acharya's first female-centric film. She has earlier starred in Premam Poojayam which released in 2021. It is expected to release in February 2023.
