All You Need To Know About Asha Negi Starrer Film Collar Bomb

Jimmy Sheirgill starrer movie Collar Bomb is all set for its OTT release on July 9. It is a crime thriller movie also starring Asha Negi and Rajshri Deshpande.

Sheirgill plays the role of a police officer named Manoj Hesi in the crime thriller movie. After the movie's release on July 9, it will be available for streaming to the Disney+ Hotstar VIP and Disney+ Hotstar Premium exclusively.

The plot of the movie revolves around the police officer Manoj Hesi who is on the quest to find the evil mastermind behind the ticking bomb planted in the city threatening many lives.

Jimmy Sheirgill had played the role of a police officer in the movie The Wednesday. He is also appreciated for his work in Tanu Weds Manu and its sequel Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Maachis and Special 26 wherein he worked with Akshay Kumar.

Collar Bomb is directed by Dnyanesh Zoting. Zoting is known for directing three short films Raakshas, Vivaar (The Black Hole) and Date With Saie. Apart from his directing career, Zoting is also known for his writing. His films have received critical acclaim and were presented at the Mumbai International Film Festival, Durban International Film Festival, and the International Film Festival of Kerala.

The movie is produced by Yoodlee Films and 3 Earth Entertainment. And it is written by Nikhil Nair. Also, starring in the movie is the Sacred Games actor Rajshri Deshpande. Deshpande is known for her role as Subhadra in the web series.

Deshpande in conversation with SheThePeople shared her passion for acting, " I’ve never seen acting as a profession; it’s more of a passion to me. I never thought that it can ever turn into a profession." She further shared her happiness for the recognition she received for her work and said, " All the love and appreciation that I’ve been receiving so far is keeping me strong and grounded.
