Jasmin Bhasin Had To Seek Medical Help Because Of 'Rape, Death Threats': Read Here

Jasmin Bhasin, who received huge fame in the reality show Bigg Boss 14 recently claimed that she had to undergo medical help as she got 'death, rape threats' post leaving the house.

The actress rose to prominence after the show for both her cheerful personality and her well-known relationship with Aly Goni. The actress experienced a lot of bullying and trolls as a result of her celebrity and fanbase, which also kept her on a pedestal of judgement. Jasmin recently discussed her life after leaving the Bigg Boss house in an interview and she made a big revelation. Read on to know what she said of her life after Bigg Boss.

Jasmin Bhasin Sought Medical Help

The actress reportedly told that once she left the Bigg Boss house, she received toxic remarks that were worse than trolls. The actress also disclosed that some people had threatened to kill her and rape her because they didn't like her on the show. Jasmin continued by claiming that the response had a negative impact on her mental health, however, she was able to recover it after receiving medical care. At that time, she also had the support of her family and close friends.

She said, "Leave alone trolling, people hurled such toxic abuses at me when I left the Bigg Boss house." She added that threats to kill her and rape her were made and it was all because people didn't like her on the show.

The 32-year-old actress also talked about ignoring trolls. She emphasised that because she is in a stage of her life where she is receiving a lot of love, she doesn't even get to know if someone is trolling her. "If people love me, I’ll return that love. They are free to detest me if they so choose," she added.

Jasmin made her acting debut as Priya in the 2011 Tamil film Vaanam. Later, she made appearances on a number of popular programmes, including Dil Se Dil Tak, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, Naagin 4: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel, and others. She will make her debut in the Punjabi film industry with the upcoming release of Gippy Grewal's Honeymoon,. The shooting for this film was finished in London in April.
