Recalling the moment she received the news, Janhvi shared that she was in her room when she heard Khushi crying. Overwhelmed by grief, she rushed into Khushi's room, crying herself. Janhvi recalling the moment said, "The minute she looked at me, she just stopped crying. She just stopped. She just sat next to me and started comforting me and I’ve never seen her cry about it ever since." Khushi went on to add, "I think I felt that I had to hold it together for everyone because I feel I’ve always been the ‘strong’ one."

Janhvi On Dating Rumours

In response to Karan Johar's question about her relationship with Shikhar, Janhvi neither confirmed nor denied the rumour. Instead, she emphasised Shikhar's presence in her life as a supportive friend, highlighting his selflessness and dignity in his role not only for her but also for her sister Khushi, their father, and the entire family. Janhvi praised Shikhar's remarkable ability to be there for others without expecting anything in return, expressing admiration for his supportive nature.

She said, "He was just there in a very selfless dignified way and in a way that I have not seen many men capable of being there for another human being."
