Janhvi Kapoor And Varun Dhawan Starrer Bawaal's Release Date Revealed

The new release date for the upcoming social drama Bawaal was announced by the movie's producers on Wednesday. Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor play the key characters in the romantic action-drama movie.

After the success of their previous film, Chhichhore, starring the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, directors Sajid Nadiadwala and Nitesh Tiwari announced their upcoming movie, Bawaal, and shared the release date on their individual social media accounts.

Bawaal Release Date Announced:

Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor work together for the first time on this movie. Dhawan tweeted, “Bawaal releasing on 6th October 2023." The actor added that it was his first time co-starring with Janhvi Kapoor and he was excited to team up with award winning directors Sajid Nadiadwala and Nitesh Tiwari.

The movie Bawaal is scheduled to premiere on October 6, 2023. Originally, the movie was slated to premiere on April 7, 2023. The decision is made to delay the film's release due to impending VFX and technical constraints. The team next travelled to Amsterdam, the Netherlands, after the film began production in Lucknow in April last year.

Bawaal's shooting schedule was completed in July last year by Janhvi Kapoor. Then, Janhvi released a collection of behind-the-scenes pictures along with a heartfelt message detailing her wonderful journey. The movie is supported by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and Nitesh Tiwari's Earthsky Productions as well as Sajid Nadiadwala's Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment.

The last time we saw Varun Dhawan, he was starring in JugJuggle Jeeyo with Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, and Neetu Kapoor. He will also be seen in the Citadel Hindi adaptation, which stars Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The release date for the drama is yet to be announced. It is an Indian remake of the original television series by the Russo Brothers. The international version features Richard Madden and Priyanka Chopra as the main actors. Citadel, starring Priyanka Chopra, will debut on Prime Video on April 28.

Meanwhile, the most recent movie starring Janhvi Kapoor was Mili. Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa played pivotal parts in it. She will next star with Jr. NTR in a movie. Her next line-up film is with Rajkummar Rao, Mr. and Mr. Mahi.
