The Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani actor Evelyn Sharma embraced motherhood in November last year. In a pursuit to share her journey as a new and first-time mother, she recently shared a picture of her breastfeeding on social media. While it got positive comments from netizens, the backlash existed. Recently, the actor talked about the troll and why she could not care less.
The 35-year-old actor shared an image of her breastfeeding her two-month-old baby girl Ava Bhindi. She posted it with the caption, "When you thought you finally established routine and she starts #clusterfeeding!! (emoji)." This is not the first time that Sharma had shared a snippet of her journey as a mother. She had shared a similar picture on December 24 last year.

The caption to the post read, "My Christmas this year is milk for Ava and cookies for me..Breast feeding is not an easy task, in fact I find it mentally and physically exhausting. The actor received positive feedback from her followers for it. She was also massively trolled for sharing her private moment on social media. To which, the actor in an interview with the Hindustan Times said, "Such images show vulnerability and strength at the same time. I find it beautiful. Breastfeeding is one of the most natural and healthy things to do. And it really is why women have breasts in the first place. So why be shy about it?"
Her objective by sharing images of breastfeeding is to share her journey as a new mother with her friends and fans. For her, it is important that her social media is personal than "just a work profile."
She hopes that her sharing the journey helps other young mothers and make their partners more supportive because breastfeeding is a difficult than what people think, particularly cluster feeding.
Cluster feeding is when a baby starts eating more frequently for a time period. Mother's can find this habit of the baby unusual. It happens mostly in the cases of newborns, in the first couple of weeks. It is a normal phenomenon, which signals the child's growth and development.
