Indian businesswoman and billionaire Sudha Reddy, director of the MEIL Group, made a grand appearance at the Met Gala 2024, turning heads with her stunning outfit and dazzling 180-carat diamond necklace named "Amore Eterno." The necklace features a 25-carat heart-shaped diamond and three additional 20-carat heart-shaped diamonds, symbolising her husband and their two children.

Alongside this eye-catching necklace, Reddy adorned herself with a 23-carat diamond solitaire ring and another 20-carat diamond solitaire ring, collectively valued at $20 million, according to Page Six.
Reddy, who is married to MEIL manufacturing founder P.V. Krishna Reddy, is a significant patron of the Costume Institute. As reported by Page Six, she was acknowledged during an exclusive cocktail party hosted by The Met’s Andrew Bolton on the night of May 5. Reddy also graced the Met Gala in 2021.
Reddy played a key role in establishing the SR Foundation, which is actively involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing education, providing scholarships, and empowering marginalised communities.
Through the SR Foundation, Sudha collaborated with organisations like UNICEF to improve adolescent care in specific states of India. This included partnerships with Eva Longoria and the Global Gift Foundation to support initiatives benefiting underprivileged children affected by chronic diseases. Additionally, there were joint efforts with Elizabeth Hurley to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
As per reports, Reddy has also worked with several other organisations, including Action Against Hunger, the Fight Hunger Foundation, the Global Peace Foundation, and the Mother Teresa Foundation. She was recognised with the 2022 Champions of Change Award by the Telangana Government and became a Global Gifter for the Global Gift Foundation in 2022.
In addition to her philanthropic endeavours, Reddy serves as a board member at Andhra University for Mechanical Engineering, a public university in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and holds the position of chairperson at NRI General Hospital.
