Gauri Khan Gives A Makeover To Mannat's Terrace

Interior designer Gauri Khan, took to Instagram to share the new look of their residence, Mannat’s terrace. “Love moments like these. Enjoying the weather with a cup of coffee under my favourite new ceiling,” her caption said. Mannat, being the residence where India’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his family stays, over the years has become a mandatory stop for tourists to gawk at from outside. Mannat is Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan's home in Mumbai's Bandra area.

Being the home decor expert she talked about the value of products she added to her terrace, “ These products help cease surfaces from being part of the background and integrates them with your lifestyle.”

Khan’s Instagram is often filled with interior design and home decor fodder. Three days ago she shared the pictures of the couple’s Delhi residence which is now available at Airbnb. In a series of posts talking about the beauty of their house khan said, “ Our home in delhi is filled with memories. From our travels and small instances...designed with beautiful textures, fabrics and rugs...beautiful rugs were indeed like pieces of art that helped me renovate my home. 

Gauri Khan, a National Institute of Fashion Technology alumna, is a well-known interior designer, as she has helped transform homes of many Bollywood celebrities. Karan Johar, Ranbir Kapoor Siddharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Alia Bhat are among her many customers. Apart from Bollywood celebrities, she has also designed spaces for people like Mukesh Ambani, Roberto Cavalli and Ralph Lauren. 

Currently, Khan has her flagship stores in India and abroad. Sing cozy spaces for her customers and not being in any hurry to expand her business. In 2018, she made  it to the Fortune India Most Powerful Women list. Khan is also the co-founder of production house Red Chillies Entertainment along with her husband, Shah Rukh Khan.
