Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness
Will Doctor Strange be able to fight the threats that he had opened up a portal to, by mistake, in the first film Doctor Strange? If you are a Marvel fan and are looking for an adrenaline rush on a slow May heat, do watch this film. It will see a reprisal of the iconic characters Doctor Strange, which is played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Wanda Maximoff, which is played by Elizabeth Olsen. The incidents taking place in the film had taken place in the Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021. In this film, Doc Strange will be trying to undo the damages. Gangubai Kathiawadi
If grand is your thing, do watch Gangubai Kathiawadi. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has outdone himself as a director of the film about a sex worker and her rise to power. The film revolves around Gangubai, played by Alia Bhatt, who wanted to be an actor. She was from Kathiawar and a daughter of a barrister. Her lover, under the guise of making her an actor in a film with Dev Anand, bring him to Mumbai and sells her to a brothel at Kamathipura. The film graphs the falls and rise of Gangu and her transformation from Ganga. The film can be watched on Netflix.
Jhund
Nagraj Manjule's film has a corner of most people's hearts. If you want to watch a film which shows reality as crude as this film, choose Jhund. It is a sports drama which is based on the life of Vijay Barse, who was the founder of Slum Soccer, which is a non-profit organisation. Written and directed by Manjule, the film talks about the caste issue in India and gives an aerial view of what the distancing between gated and non-gated communities looks like. The role of the main character is played by Amitabh Bachchan and the other cast includes Akash Thosar, Manjule, Rinku Rajguru, Vicky Kadian and Akash Thosar, amongst others. Thar
This weekend for an action thriller and you can find it in plenty in this film. It stars Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles. The film is set in the 1980s and is an adaption of a western noir. Directed by Raj Singh Chaudhary, the film follows the life of a man, who settles in a city with the intention to work and take revenge for his past mistakes. It is based in Munabao, Rajasthan and begins with a murder of a man named Suwa. The plot then develops and shifts to Babita's narrative. There has been a crime, there is a thriller and people looking out for details, the film can be watched on Netflix.

It is about a middle-aged apparel shop worker, who lives a contented life in a ghetto. Amid the local bigotry and division, the man's character develops as the icon of love and compassion. It is a Tamil film directed by Arun Kathick and stars Koumarane Valavane, Yasmin Rahman, Sudha Ranghathan and Sabari. The film has garnered positive reception at various film festivals and also has won the NETPAC Award. It can be watched on SonyLiv.
