Meet The Female Cast Of The Upcoming Tamil Film Naragasooran

Female Cast Naragasooran: Naragasooran has several female characters who play prominent roles in the film. The Tamil supernatural and thriller directed and written by filmmaker Karthick Naren includes actors Aravind Swamy and Shriya Saran among others.

Naragasooran has been subjected to a lot of delays when it comes to its release. While the official trailer had already been released back in 2018, the release was heavily delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The initial release date for the film was set in March 2020. However, theatres continued to remain closed and the film could not have its silver screen premiere.

After two years of delay, recent reports have stated that Naragasooran is now set for a digital release in June this year. Although no such confirmation or announcement has been made from the creators of the film or the actors, reports said that the Tamil thriller will be released on the SonyLIV platform.

Produced by Badri Kasthuri under Shraddha Entertainment, the highly anticipated thriller film features a cast of actors Aravind Swamy, Shriya Saran, Sundeep Kishan, Aathmika, and Indrajith Sukumaran in pivotal roles.

Shriya Saran

Shriya Saran is known for her works in the mainstream as well as regional films. She has worked predominantly in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu films. The 38-year-old actor has worked in over 75 projects and is one of the highest-paid actors down South. Saran will play a pivotal role in Naragasooran. She will be seen on-screen alongside actor Aravind Swamy.

Saran starred in the Tamil film Sivaji, which is one of the highest-grossing Tamil films. Besides her success in the film industry, she is also commercially successful. The actor has been a brand ambassador for many Indian products. She is also a philanthropist who contributes to charity organisations.

Aathmika

Aathmika works mainly in Tamil cinema. Her interest in acting started during her college days and she worked in a number of short films.

The 28-year-old actor has starred in several thriller films and projects before Naragasooran. In February 2019, she was seen in the crime thriller Kannai Nambathey. Again in September 2020, Aathmika began filming for a political thriller Kodiyil Oruvan, which is yet to be released.
