Fahadh Faasil Recieves Birthday Wishes From Wife Nazriya Nazim, Here's Their Love Story

Pushpa: The Rise actor Fahadh Faasil is celebrating his 40th birthday, and to make the occasion special, his wife, actor Nazriya Nazim, went above and beyond. She posted several images from the actor's birthday celebrations. In the caption, she also added a heartfelt message. "Happy birthday Mr.Husband. Aging like a fine wine. Getting better with age. The best is yet to come"

Within minutes, Nazim's post had received a flood of heartfelt birthday wishes fans. A number of social media users felt curious to know how Faasil and Nazim met each other. Here's what we know about their love story.

Fahadh Faasil Nazriya Nazim Love Story:

Faasil once revealed that he met Nazriya Nazim while filming Bangalore Days in 2014 with director Anjali Menon. In the film, they play a married couple. The Malayalam actor Nazriya Nazim, who is well known and has also won the Kerala State Award for Best Actor (Female), was cast as a wife, and Faasil as the husband, and they appeared to click right away, which was also reflected in their outstanding on-screen chemistry.

Before the film was released in May 2014, the actors became engaged in February the same year. Fans were overjoyed to see Faasil announce his engagement to his co-star, Nazim, just a few months before to the release of their movie, which received accolades from critics and viewers alike. Fahadh Faasil and Nazriya Nazim got married on August 21, 2014.

The Proposal:

Faasil has shared earlier that he had proposed to Nazim with a ring during the filming of Banglore Days. He wrote a post about the same that read, "Many pleasant memories from my seven years in Bangalore are brought back. My relationship with Nazriya starts out with me falling head over heels for her. I slipped a ring along with my invitation to go out, which I made in a handwritten letter. She didn't respond positively. She didn't, however, respond with "NO!" I filmed Bangalore Days with two other films. It’s just suicidal to shoot three films at a time. I used to look forward to returning to shoot Bangalore days"

Their Relationship:

He added that Nazriya Nazim had helped him in developing their relationship further. He wrote, "Being around Nazriya was wonderful. But I had a jumble of ideas. I'm not sure whether it makes sense now, but at that moment, Nazriya had to give up a lot by choosing me. I was trembling a lot since I was so anxious.  It’s just when I thought it was all going to be over because I am not strong enough she said, ‘Hello, method actor, who do you think you are? It’s just one simple life. pack your bags with everyone and everything you need."

Faasil continued by saying that Nazim had transformed him as a person. He added, "Pretty much all my minor successes are when I started sharing my life with Nazriya. I'm sure I didn't do any of this on my own. I ponder how different my life might have been if Nazriya hadn't had such strong feelings for us. "
