Umbrella Academy is back with season 3 and fans were eagerly waiting to see how the show includes Elliot Page's transition. Actor Elliot Page now plays Viktor Hargreeves a trans character and she came out as transgender in real life back in 2020.

Netflix's much-awaited show The Umbrella Academy finally returned with season 03 on June 22. This show is based on  The Umbrella Academy comics and follows the lives of a dysfunctional family of adopted siblings, who are also superheroes. Fans have been waiting for Season 3 as Elliot Page's character, Viktor Hargreeves returns after the actor came out as transgender.

Elliot Page took to Twitter back in 2020 and shared he identifies as a man and would prefer pronouns He/They. His post read “I love that I am trans. And I love that I am queer. And the more I hold myself close and fully embrace who I am, the more I dream, the more my heart grows and the more I thrive. To all the trans people who deal with harassment, self-loathing, abuse, and the threat of violence every day: I see you, I love you, and I will do everything I can to change this world for the better.” Netflix lauded his announcement saying," So proud of our superhero! WE LOVE YOU ELLIOT! Can't wait to see you return in season 3"

With the return of Elliot Page in Season 3 in Umbrella Academy as a transgender himself, fans have been lauding his transition. Twitteratis have excitedly reacted to his character this season.
