Elite Season 5 cast has gone through a major revamping stage as many characters seem to have left with certain new faces joining the Netflix show. Elite Season 5 premiered on Netflix on April 8, 2022. The show revolves around the working-class and wealthy students at a Spanish high school which leads to a series of murders. Elite is a teen-drama series which debuted on Netflix in 2018 and is set in the elite high school Las Encinas where a set of working-class students are involved in clashes with their wealthy classmates. The series includes an ensemble cast of actors Itzan Escamilla, Omar Ayuso, Miguel Bernardeau, Claudia Salas, Georgina Amorós, Ester Expósito, Danna Paola and others.
The series recently released its fifth season on April 8 and was already renewed for Season 6 back in October 2021. Elite Season 5 follows the aftermath of Armando's (Andrés Velencoso) murder. Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona have created the teen-drama thriller series.

Who is leaving?
Danna Paola and Ester Expósito will not be seen Elite Season 5 cast. Paola mentioned in an interview earlier that she has left the series to focus on her music career entirely. Exposito, who played Carla Roson on the show, bashed the rumours regarding her return saying, "They say I’m coming back in season five of Elite but that’s not true. It’s called fake news." Both the actors helmed their characters since the first season of the show. Actors Miguel Bernardeau and Arón Piper has also left the show after their characters left the school to go off travelling.
Who is returning?
Itzan Escamilla and Omar Ayuso will be reprising their roles in Elite Season 5. Claudia Salas will also be reprising her role as Rebeka Parrilla. Georgina Amorós will be seen again as Cayetana Grajera, who breaks off with Phillipe in the fourth season. Carla Díaz as Ari Blanco was seen getting involved with Samuel in the fourth season. Fans can expect to see more of her in the fifth season. Martina Cariddi and Manu Rìo will also return in Elite Season 5 in the roles of Mencía Blanco and Patrick Blanco respectively.

Actors Valentina Zenere, André Lamoglia, Adam Nourou and Carloto Cotta along with Isabel Garrido will be joining the cast of Elite Season 5. All new episodes of Elite are streaming on Netflix.
New Characters To Join Elite Season 6
Earlier, Netflix announced the addition of five new characters in Elite Season 6 including the show's first trans actor, Ander Puig, joining the cast. In January 2022, the streaming platform announced the other actors joining the teen-drama show which include Carmen Arrufat Blasco, Ana Bokesa, Álvaro de Juana and Alex Pastrana, however, their characters still remain unclear.
