Divya Agarwal transformation: Actor Divya Agarwal recently shared an Instagram video showing her insane transformation to an old man for the show Cartel. The actor is almost unrecognisable from the still that she had shared on Instagram once the prosthetics and makeup for her role were complete.

"This is how I spent my birthday on 4th December 2019, friends and family were waiting for me at home for celebrations and I was just so proud to start cartel on that day!" Agarwal wrote in her post adding that her transformation took 2 hours to complete and all her senses were blocked, except her nose.
"I was calm, composed and yet my heart was jumping! There were calls flowing in continuously for birthday wishes, I wanted to scream and share this good news," reads a section of her Instagram post. She also added that this was the last birthday celebration she got to have with her father.
Agarwal went on to share a picture of her complete transformation in a separate post. She also thanked the show's producer Ekta Kapoor, writing, "...this role defines my passion n love for cinema, you were the first one to notice it…"
What is Cartel about?
An Indian drama web series, Cartel also stars Supriya Pathak, Rithvik Dhanjani and Jitendra Joshi. The show tells the story of five crime lords in the city of Mumbai. Pathak plays the role of Raani Maa, who is the head of a crime family. To prevent the cartels from fighting amongst each other, her character strikes a deal with other gangsters, however, the treaty is eventually betrayed, leading to an upheaval.

Actor Divya Agarwal recently won the Big Boss OTT season 1. She rose to fame after she participated as a contestant on MTV Splitsvilla in 2017, ending up as a runner up on the show. Agarwal went on to participate in another reality television show titled Ace of Space. Also a dancer, Agarwal owns a dance company named Elevate Dance Institute and has choreographed dances for several stars like Sunny Leone, Shilpa Shetty and Ileana D’Cruz.
