When Is Taapsee Pannu's Production Film 'Dhak Dhak' Releasing?

Taapsee Pannu on Monday, May 16, posted a picture of her forthcoming production flick, Dhak Dhak on Instagram. Ratna Pathak Shah, Dia Mirza, Fatima Sana Shaikh, and Sanjana Sanghi feature in the film. The photo posted by Pannu shows all four stars riding their own bikes in an intriguing shot. Shaikh is wearing a shirt and shorts, Sanghi is wearing denim, and Pathak and Mirza are wearing a salwar suit and a hijab as they prepare for their bike journey.

Pannu shared the poster with a caption that reads, "Join the ride of a lifetime with Dhak Dhak, as four women ride to the highest motorable pass in the world on an exciting journey of self-discovery!" She stated about Dhak Dhak that as a producer, she wants to make films that are both significant and enjoyable. "We tried to give audiences a visual experience they haven't seen before on screen. Dhak Dhak narrates the story of four women who realise that freedom has to be owned and never given."

Pranjal Khandhdiya is confident that the film will captivate its audience, Dhak Dhak is a one-of-a-kind story about four powerful individuals and a spectacular bike trip through beautiful landscapes.

The co-producers of this film were quoted as saying, "Dhak Dhak is a heart-warming story of four women undertaking a trip breaking out of their cocoons & discovering themselves through this journey of introspection & adventure. This was the perfect script and resonates well with the DNA of our storytelling."

Pannu founded Outsiders Films in 2021 with Khandhdiya, a content developer and producer with over 20 years of experience. Meanwhile, Pannu's next film as an actor will be Shabaash Mithu, and she'll also star alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki. Do Baaraa, Blurr, and Tadka are among her other releases.

Dhak Dhak Plot

This upcoming film will attempt to illuminate the tales of four women of all ages who embark on a journey much outside their comfort zones. The actors will most likely portray characters with vastly different personalities.

Dhak Dhak Release Date

The film is directed by Tarun Dudeja and was co-written by Parijat Joshi and Tarun. The film, Dhak Dhak, is already in the making and will be released in theatres in 2023.
