Deepika Padukone-Hrithik Roshan Starrer Film Fighter Release Date Announced

Fighter release date was announced recently. It stars actors Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan.

The movie will mark the first-ever collaboration between Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone and it will be directed and produced by Siddharth Anand. The movie will soon be going on floors and the expected release date is also among discussions.

The film Fighter was announced by Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan on January 10, 2021, on Hrithik's birthday and since then fans are awaiting the release of the film. The film will also feature Anil Kapoor in an important role. It will be produced MARFLIX production house headed by Siddharth Anand, making it his and his wife, Mamta's first ever production project. Anand will also be directing the action thriller that will begin it's shoot in the last quarter of 2022. Hrithik Roshan will be playing the role of Indian Air Force Officer and has to train his body accordingly and lose some weight as well that he gained for his upcoming film Vikram Vedha, as per reports.

The cast is reportedly expected to begin the shooting for the film somewhere in September 2022. The team of the movie is looking for a release around Gandhi Jayanti 2023. It is to be noted that Siddharth and Hrithik's previous projects together, War and Bang Bang, both released on Gandhi Jayanti. The makers are targeting the four days long weekend around October 2, 2023 that will be good to grab a greater audience in the first few days.

Meanwhile, the entire cast and crew is busy with their prior commitments. Deepika is currently shooting for Pathaan after which her six to eight months will be booked for Project K starring Prabhas. She also has the remake of Hollywood film The Intern set for July and some other Hollywood projects as well. Hrithik is also busy with Vikram Vedha whose shoot is expected to wrap by May end. Anand is currently busy with the post production work for Deepika and Shah Rukh starrer Pathaan that is expecting a release on January 25, 2o23.
