Deepika Padukone released a new teaser of Gehraiyaan on Instagram on January 27. The movie is all set to release on February 11 and the trailer and a song of the movie are already out. The new teaser shared by Deepika Padukone increases even more anticipation.
Directed by Shakun Batra, Gehraiyaan is based on the topics of adultery and complicated relationships. The movie is much anticipated and while everyone is waiting eagerly for the film to release, Deepika Padukone, who plays Alisha in the film, treated fans with a new teaser.

On January 27, Deepika Padukone shared a new teaser of Gehraiyaan and captioned it, "Choices or Destiny…What do you believe in? A peek into the world of #Alisha. #GehraiyaanOnPrime. Releasing #11thFebruary". The teaser that the actor released contains some behind the scene footage from the shooting and the making of her character Alisha.
Alisha is the cousin of Tia Khanna (Ananya) who is in a loveless relationship and is trying hard to manage her ambitions and love-life together. She starts to have an affair with Tia's fiance Zain (Siddhant). The teaser begins with a shooting clap and takes us into Alisha's character. We see her saying that she doesn't want what happened to her mother to happen to her and that she doesn't want to end up feeling 'stuck' like her. So far, we have seen, in trailers and song, the present dilemmas of Alisha but the teaser is a first to reveal a connection between her present struggles to her past trauma.
Starring Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Deepika Padukone Gehraiyaan dropped its trailer on January 21 followed by song Doobey on January 24 and then a new teaser was released by Deepika on Thursday which only enhances the curiosity. The movie is releasing on Amazon Prime Video this Valentine's Day. The movie is not a normal love triangle, it is expected that each character who carry along their own struggles and reasons and will be a treat to fans.
