Madhav Mishra Is Back! Here's All You Need To Know About 'Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach'

To all those who have been waiting for Disney Plus Hotstar's popular crime and courtroom thriller Criminal Justice to return,  time has come. The show will soon be releasing its third season titled Adhura Sach on OTT and here's all you need to know about it.

Two years since the release of Criminal Justice : Behind Closed Doors, the popular show featuring gripping crime stories investigated by lawyer Madhav Mishra played by actor Pankaj Tripathi is back with its season 3. This time the focus will be juvenile crime centered around the death of a child actor. The show had two successful seasons featuring actors like Kirti Kulhari, Deepti Naval, Jackie Shroff, Vikrant Massey, Anupriya Goenka, Jisshu Sengupta and others. The audience is looking forward to what the new season adds to the popular franchise.

Criminal Justice 3 Release Date And Time

The trailer of the show &t=18s">released recently which begins with the death of a famous child actor whose brother is accused of her murder. The mother of the children approaches Mishra claiming that her son is innocent and she wants justice. Despite all evidences and proofs indicating against the brother, Madhav Mishra still decides to take on the twisted mystery. However, among the many hurdles and dark secrets revolving around the family, he struggles most with his client's doubt and seems hopeless himself at a point.

Joining the cast this season is actor Shweta Basu Prasad in the role of Lekha, Madhav Mishra's polar opposite and the lawyer for the child actor. The confrontations and conversations between the two lawyers will be interesting to watch and is one of the many things that the viewers are looking forward to. Actor Purab Kohli will also be seen playing a pivotal role in the season.

The number of episodes in this season are not yet known. Season 1 of the show had 10 episodes while the second one had 8, it is expected that this season will also have either ten or eight episodes. The show releases on Hotstar on August 26 and similar to previous seasons, the episodes will release all at once at 12 midnight as per Indian Standard Time.
