Marvel Studios' next movie Eternals marks the Marvel directorial debut of Chloé Zhao. The Eternals teaser is out on Youtube.
Eternals produced by Marvel Studios stars Angelina Jolie as Thena, Kit Harington as Black Knight, Salma Hayek as Ajak, along with others. The film is Chloé Zhao's first superhero film directed for the Marvel Studios.
The film is a story of a group of individuals who belong to the race of immortals. These immortal beings have lived on earth for thousands of years but haven't interfered with humans. This time the immortals reunite to battle the evil Deviants.
Eternals Teaser:
In the first teaser of the Eternals, Salma Hayek is seen narrating throughout their journey as she is the leader of the Eternals. Kumail Nanjiani’s intriguing character Kingo is also seen doing a larger-than-life Bollywood dance number in the teaser.
Oscar-winning director Chloé Zhao promised a one-of-a-kind superhero spectacle. Eternals is a combination of Chloé Zhao’s aesthetics and storytelling with such a diverse and interesting cast. It is all set to release in November this year.

Who is Chloé Zhao?
- Chloé Zhao is an Oscar-winning director of Chinese origin. She also created history to be the first woman of colour to win an Oscar in the best director category for her film Nomadland.
- She’s also only the second woman in the history of the Oscar to win the award after The Hurt Locker director Kathryn Bigelow.
- Her directorial debut Songs My Brother Taught Me received critical acclaim at the Sundance Film Festival.
- Her directed film Nomadland won many awards. Zhao won awards for directing at the Academy Awards, Directors Guild of America Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and British Academy Film Awards; at each body, she was the second woman to win.
