Cash trailer is out! The movie which will have an OTT release revolves around a start-up set at the time of demonetization. The film stars Amol Parashar, Kavin Dave, Smriti Kalra and is all set to release on 19th November.

The film is helmed by Rishabh Seth. On November 3rd Parashar revealed the poster and announced the release date on Twitter:
On 8th November 2016, Prime Minister Modi had announced 'demonetisation' in an effort to get rid of the black money from the country. The move made the currency notes of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 which were in circulation redundant thus wiping out 86% of India's currency overnight. On the anniversary of demonetisation, Cash the Disney+Hotstar film trailer was released.
The trailer shows Amol Parashar of Tripling fame as a serial entrepreneur Armaan wanting to become “India ka Elon Musk”. However, the trailer makes his sense of business questionable. So, when PM Modi demonetised Rs 500 and 100 notes, he finds an opportunity to convert black to white by taking a cut from it. The film recalls the chaos the initial days of demonetisation created in peoples lives.
In the poster, which was released earlier Parashar can be seen holding bags full of money. The tagline of the film is 'Note-Bandi Ka Start-Up'. The film also stars veteran actor Gulshan Grover.
Parashar was recently seen in Vicky Kaushal starrer Sardar Udham and essayed the role of Bhagat Singh. Cash is also Seth's first feature film as a director. He had previously written TV.
