Here Are 8 Female Debutants All Set To Take On Bollywood In 2021

As the movies start having conventional theatrical releases this year, there are many actors and films to look forward to in the post-lockdown order. We not only have a good number of movies slated to release, but also a bevy of women actors ready to deliver their debut in Bollywood.

Here are 8 such promising actors making their debut in 2021:

Sharvari Wagh

Sharvari Wagh was first seen in Kabir Khan's web series The Forgotten Army - Aazadi Ke Liye on Amazon Prime. The series is based on true events about the men and women in the Indian National Army led by Subhash Chandra Bose. She garnered praise and acclaim for her role as Maya Shrinivasan, a soldier in INA. She is all set to enter Bollywood via Yashraj Film's production's project Bunty and Babli 2. The upcoming movie is an unrelated sequel of the 2005 blockbuster of the same name. The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi, Rani Mukerji and Saif Ali Khan in pivotal roles. Furthermore, she will also star in a period drama movie Maharaja, alongside debutant Junaid Khan and Shalini Pandey.

Manushi Chillar

The 2017 Miss World winner will grace Bollywood with her grand debut with the historical drama Prithviraj, starring opposite Akshay Kumar. The film is based on the life of King Prithviraj Chauhan. A doctor turned model and actor, she is the sixth representative from India to win the Miss World pageant. Manushi is a brilliant individual, who was not just an intelligent student, but also a great dancer. She has also raised her voice for various social issues after winning the crown, mostly women-oriented matters.

Rashmika Mandanna

Rashmika Mandanna predominantly works in Telugu and Kannada films. A household name in the South film industry, she is often called the 'Karnataka Crush'. She is also among the highest paid female actors in the South entertainment industry. Rashmika has received wide acclaim for her roles in movies like Kirik Party, Anjani Putra, Dear Comrade, Geetha Govindam and many more. She will star in two Bollywood movies this year. Her first movie is a spy-thriller Mission Majnu opposite Sidharth Malhotra and the second one is Vikas Bahl's Deadly alongside Amitabh Bachchan.

Shalini Pandey

Arjun Reddy debut fame Shalini Pandey will star in two Bollywood projects in 2021. She is already a known name in the South Indian film industry where she appeared in a number of films and web series like 100% Kadhal, Nishabdham, 118, Gorilla and many more. Shalini also starred in a short Hindi film Dwand which released in 2020. She will now star in the upcoming Yash Raj films' big project Jayeshbhai Jordaar. Apart from the big debut, she will also star in Maharaja, alongside Junaid Khan and Sharvari Wagh.

Palak Tiwari

Daughter of popular television actor Shweta Tiwari, Palak will star in Vivek Oberoi’s Mega Entertaintment project Rosie: The Saffron Chapter. Directed by Vishal Mishra, the upcoming film is a horror thriller inspired by the real-life story of the sudden disappearance of a woman named Rosie, who worked as an employee at a BPO organisation in Gurugram. The film also stars Vivek Oberoi, who is highly impressed with Palak's performance in the on-going shoot.

Pranitha Subhash

South film actor Pranitha Subhash is known for her critically acclaimed performances in various movies like her debut film Porki, Baava, Arulnithi, Saguni, Jarasandha, Bheema Theeradalli, Attarintiki Daredi and more. Many of her movies are super-hit commercial successes. Furthermore, she also worked with Ayushmann Khurrana in the song Chan Kitthan released in 2018. Pranitha is now all geared up to star in Priyadarshan's much-anticipated comedy sequel Hungama 2. The movie also stars popular actors like Shilpa Shetty, Paresh Rawal and Malaal fame Meezaan Jaffrey.

Krystle D'Souza

Popular television actor Krystle D' Souza is all ready to feature in the upcoming psychological thriller Chehra. She is making her official entry in Bollywood alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi. Krystle is renowned for her role as Jeevika in the famous television serial Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. She eventually went on to work in various other serials. Moreover, she was ranked 19th in the 50 Sexiest Asian Women List by Eastern Eye in 2013. She was also listed 5th in Top 20 Most Desirable Women on Indian Television 2017 by Times of India.

Isabelle Kaif

A popular model and dancer, Isabelle Kaif is the youngest sister of Katrina Kaif. She worked in an Indo-Canadian movie Dr. Cabbie starring Kunal Nayyar, Vinay Virmani and Adrianne Palicki. The movie released in 2014. Moreover, she also released her debut song titled Mashallah, composed and performed by Deep Money. She will make her Bollywood debut opposite Loveyatri fame Aayush Sharma. Salman Khan will launch the budding actor in his project Kwatha.
