Bipasha Basu Leave Baby Home For First Time, Opens Up About 'Mom Guilt'

Bipasha Basu, who regularly graces our feeds with adorable photos of her infant, was recently featured in another video discussing her daughter, Devi. The actor and her spouse, Karan Singh Grover, were seen together on a 15 February.

The couple left their newborn daughter at home and went out for a Valentine's Day dinner. The new mom was asked about the health of her child while the couple was posing for the cameras. Basu responded to the question of why the three-month-old daughter of the couple was left at home for the first time.

She also admitted that she had "mom guilt" and wished to return home as soon as possible. She said, "Arrey usko chhorke aana bohut kharab lagta hain, mom guilt ho raha hain. First-time nikli hoon baby ko chhorke, Valentine's ke liye. Sabne bola ki jana chahiye, ek dusre ke liye bhi waqt nikalo, lekin jaldi wapas jana hain ghar (I feel really bad for leaving Devi at home. I've never left her and gone outside before.  I am overcome with Mom guilt. Everyone advised me to spend Valentine's Day with my husband, but I have to return home as soon as possible.)"

Basu's daughter Devi turned three months old earlier this week. To mark the occasion, Basu shared some photos of her on social media and wrote, "Every second with her... is the best memory for us."

Devi was born in November of last year to Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover, who met while working on the 2015 movie Alone. Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu posted a message on Instagram announcing the birth of their daughter, "12.11.2022. Devi Basu Singh Grover. The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine."

The most well-known roles that Bipasha Basu has played are in movies like Dhoom 2, Jism, Phir Hera Pheri, Dum Maaro Dum, Race, Omkara, Bachna Ae Haseeno, and Raaz, among others. Before making it into movies, the actor was a supermodel. She served as a show host for the television show Darr Sabko Lagta Hai.
