Harshaali Malhotra, who played the role of Munni in Kabir Khan's 2015 movie Bajrangi Bhaijaan starring Salman Khan in the lead role recently opened up about her equation with her co-star. She also spoke about Khan's latest movie, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
In a recent interview, Harshaali Malhotra who played Munni in the hit 2015 film said that she talks to Salman Khan on his birthday and festivals. "I talk to Salman Khan on his birthday and festival days. He's normally very busy so I can't keep disturbing him," Malhotra who is now a teenager said to a leading Hindi daily. Malhotra has been busy with her school projects and homework, so she has not been able to watch Khan's latest release Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai.
In a 2015 interview with PTI Malhotra said that during the shoot of Bajrangi Bhaijaan, she played games with Salman Khan on cell phone. Khan also played tennis with her. She would sit on the lap of director Kabir Khan and play Barbie games with him. However, she did not get an opportunity to play with Kareena Kapoor Khan as she was busy with shoot.
Malhotra would love to continue the profession even as an adult. She has acted in the daily soaps Qubool Hai, Laut Aao Trisha and Savdhaan India and several television commercials. Her upcoming movie is Shailesh Verma's Nastik. It also stars Arjun Rampal and Meera Chopra.
Malhotra recently hit 1.2 million followers on Instagram. Her fans congratulated her on the success through their Instagram stories. She thanked them by re sharing their stories on her official handle. On June 3, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan female lead celebrated her 13th birthday. Sharing a reel and few other pictures from the celebration, she declared that she was now "officially a teenager".
On World Environment Day, June 5, she took to Instagram to spread awareness about environmental protection. She shared a post with the caption, "Harmony with the environment is the need of the hour. With discord, we will soon be left with nothing in our hands". She added that we should never blame the environment but ourselves for not taking care of the most precious gift the Almighty has given us.
