Back To School Filmmakers Share Pictures From Film's Mahurat

Nishigandha Wad starrer Back To School has been directed by Satish Mahadu Phug. The Marathi filmmaker shared from the film's mahurat pooja on April 9.

One of the pictures feature actor Sneha Chavan and the rest of the film crew as well. Chavan will be playing the lead role in the Marathi film. Other actors who will be starring in the film include Nishigandha Wad, local corporator Sonali Gavhane and legislator Mahesh Landge.

Back To School went on floors on March 30 this year

The film created a buzz on social media after Satish Mahadu Phuge released a teaser poster of Back To School. This film is Phuge's directorial debut and will be produced under the banner of Rangsanskar Productions, Amit Nandakumar Bendre and Satish himself. The screenplay and writing for the film have been done by Amit Bendre and Satish Mahadu too. The project went on floors on March 30 this year.

Back To School will be released this year. Besides Back To School, Satish Mahadu Phuge is also working on another Marathi film Ramprahar will also be produced by Rangsanskar Productions. It will also be released in 2021. However, the exact release dates for both the films haven't yet been announced.

Jhimma is another Marathi film that might release in April itself. It has been directed by Hemant Dhome, and stars actors Sayali Sanjeev, Sonalee Kulkarni, Kshitee Jog and Mrinmayee Godbole in the lead roles. Other actors include Siddharth Chandekar, Suhas Joshi and Nirmiti Sawant.

Another film named Bali will be releasing on 16 April this year. It is a horror film which has been directed by Vishal Furia, and produced by GSEAMS. The main cast includes Swapnil Joshi and Pooja Sawant.
