Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's daughter made her debut on NXT's TV broadcast on Tuesday, October 25th night, almost exactly 26 years to the day after her father made his debut at the Survivor Series in 1996. According to reports, Simone Johnson, whose professional name is Ava Raine, is the newest and fourth member of Joe Gacy's group, the Schism.
On Wednesday night's episode of WWE's developmental show NXT, the mask-wearing trio of Joe Gacy, Rip Fowler, and Jagger Reid made an appearance in the ring wearing masks. The mysterious fourth member took off their mask after the trio had finished talking about- what the group meant to them to reveal that it was Ava Raine herself.
It turned out to be Raine, a 21-year-old, who had joined WWE in February 2020 and had been attending training at the organisation's Florida Performance Center. The crowd gasped loudly in amazement as she revealed herself. As the first member of the company's fourth generation superstar to be called up to the developing brand of WWE.

Raine wore a nose ring, a black outfit, and red highlights in her hair. "The love and acceptance The Schism has given me defies any preconceived notions of who I’m supposed to be,’ she said during the big reveal. This family completes me. I am Ava Raine."
When Simone Johnson made the announcement in May, fans questioned why she was using Eva Raine and not a moniker as a homage to her renowned father, one of the all-time greats in pro wrestling. After the reveal, she appeared to address that in her promo. Johnson is related to the renowned Samoan wrestling dynasty.
As Raine, the daughter of The Rock and his first wife, Dany Garcia, prepares to start the weekly broadcast portion of her pro wrestling career as a member of a villain faction with Gacy, Rip Fowler, and Jagger Reid, the spotlight will likely shine even brighter on her. Her father Dwayne, grandfather Rocky Johnson, and great-grandfather 'High Chief' Peter Maivia all had a significant influence on the wrestling industry.
