At this point of years of being with Emily, we can go have fun with fashion,” she added. “Did I know that people were going to talk about the shoulder? Absolutely. Do I care what anybody else has to say? I think that people that know fashion, like fashion, like interesting things, were going to like it and I know the people that like some very classic things were not going to like it. At the end of the day, she looked absolutely beautiful. It was such a beautiful dress.”
Pugh, too, made a statement with her choice of attire, donning a dress with gravity-defying spaghetti straps from Del Core's spring 2024 collection. Unlike Blunt's gown, Pugh's dress featured a hidden second strap for reinforcement, ensuring both style and functionality.
Uncanny as it was, the netizens seemed perplexed. An Instagram user commented, “The floating straps made the dress look ill-fitted and silly.” Another said, “It was distracting. It looks like a bad fit.” But some of them are welcoming the floating straps as a relief with the summer coming.
