Anushka Sharma's Kolkata Photo Dump Features Vamika And Lots Of Food

Anushka Sharma, who is currently filming Chakda 'Xpress, completed her filming schedule in Kolkata. She posted numerous photos from her trip to the City of Joy, one of which also includes her daughter Vamika Kohli.

Anushka Sharma can be seen praying on the Hoogli river's banks in the first image. According to her photo, she also travelled to Kolkata with Vamika and performed puja at the well-known Kalighat temple. The remaining images provided fans with a preview of the treats she indulged in during her brief visit. Misti doi, samosas, tea, roshogolla, sweets, and kachori are only a few of them.

Sharing the post, the actor wrote, "Eat-Pray-Love: My Kolkata photo dump!" The actor was present in Kolkata for the Chakda Xpress filming, which is her first project following the birth of her daughter Vamika in 2021. The film is based on the life of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami. It is directed by Prosit Roy. The film is scheduled to release on OTT platform, Netflix.

While the release date of Chakda 'Xpress has not yet been decided, it is most likely to occur in the first half of 2023. Sharma's brother, Karnesh Sharma, and his in-house production business, Clean Slate Filmz, is producing the movie. The star co-founded the production company with Karnesh Sharma in 2013, but she later resigned after welcoming Vamika with Virat Kohli.

The film marks Sharma's comeback to films after four years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in 2018. Anushka Sharma and cricketer Virat Kohli were wed in 2017 in Italy during a small ceremony after dating for several years. Sharma recently praised her spouse after he led his team to a thrilling victory against Pakistan at the T20 World Cup on October 23 in Melbourne.

She took to her Instagram to share pictures of her spouse from the match. She wrote in the caption: "You beauty!! You freaking beauty!! You have brought sooooo much joy in people's lives tonight and that too on the eve of Diwali! You are a wonderful wonderful man, my love. Your grit, determination and belief is mind-boggling."
