What Jennifer Did

Mysteries Of The Terracotta Warriors

It's an incredibly fascinating documentary that dives into the astounding story of the Terracotta Army in China. Imagine thousands of life-sized clay soldiers buried underground for over 2,000 years, which were discovered in the 1970s by local farmers who were digging a well. The film takes you behind the scenes to unravel the mysteries of how and why these figures were created.

There’s a lot of talk about ancient beliefs, the emperor’s quest for immortality, and even some speculation about hidden chambers and treasures that might still be buried. It's like a mix of history, mystery, and a bit of detective work all rolled into one.

Nelma Kodama: The Queen of Dirty Money

The film dives deep into the life of Nelma, who was a big-shot figure in the underground world of smuggling and money laundering in Brazil. She’s like something out of a crime novel, but for real, the documentary illustrates how she became one of the most wanted people in Brazil. The documentary details a dramatic takedown where she was arrested and eventually brought to justice. It’s a rollercoaster of emotions because, on one hand, you see a smart, strategic woman, and on the other, you’re reminded of all the lives affected by her crimes. It’s a brilliant ride from her rise to her fall.
