Amala Paul Launches Production House To Mark 30th Birthday

Amala Paul turns producer: Southern actor Amala Paul announced the launch of her production house on October 26, to mark her 30th birthday. The actor known for her work in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam films will produce a forensic thriller titles Cadaver. Paul also shared a poster of her new film in her tweet.

"'ve been in the industry as an actress for 12 years,144 months, and 4380 days. It's been such an enriching and rewarding 12 years I've now grown wings to venture into a new line of work. I'm starting my very own production house," the actor tweeted, adding in the thread that she was banking on everyone to support her with this venture. "Taking baby steps into this new vertical with Cadaver; A forensic thriller with a police surgeon as the investigating officer," she wrote.

As revealed by Paul in the thread, Cadaver will be directed by Anoop S Panicker. While Aravind Singh will be the director of photography, Abhilash Pillai has been credited as its writer. the film's music will be composed by Ranjin Raj.

Actor Akshay Kumar congratulated Paul for her new venture on Twitter, writing, "One of my all time favourite genres…this thriller definitely looks thrilling! Sending my best wishes to @Amala_ams on her birthday and for her maiden production #Cadaver. Looking forward to it."

Responding to Kumar's tweet, Paul wrote, "OMG b'day just got much much much better. Saying I'm a fan of @akshaykumar Sir's craft would be an understatement.His dedication to fitness & wholesome outlook for life motivates me to be better. It's an absolute privilege to be a part of his kindness.Thank you, Sir."
