The couple opted for a simple and elegant wedding, on the balcony which proves significant in their 5-year-long relationship, as revealed by Alia Bhatt. Alia Bhatt recently took to Instagram to reveal the news of her pregnancy in a post with a caption, “Our baby ….. coming soon.”
Bhatt was trolled for her early pregnancy and fans started asking invasive questions on her profile. Slamming the trolls and calling out many of the sexist media publications, Alia Bhatt wrote, “In the meantime, we are still living in some people’s heads in a patriarchal world.” She also clarified that she is a woman, capable of handling both her professional and personal life. She slammed the media for putting out false news of delays in her shoot during her pregnancy and also stating that she's not a parcel, that needs to be picked up.
'Don't Want Her To Sacrifice Her Dreams' Says Ranbir On Alia Bhatt Motherhood
Ranbir Kapoor is now working on promoting his upcoming period-drama film, Shamshera. When asked in an interview about Alia and the baby, Ranbir said, “Alia is a very busy working star in this film industry and I don’t want her to sacrifice her dreams because she has a child. So we have to somewhere plan out a balanced life where we both can enjoy our personal life and our professional life, so it is one day at a time, one step at a time, but I have a lot of expectations from it.”
